Øystein Skår startet in February 2022 as General and Business Development Manager. Since 2023 he has filled the position as CEO. With a MSc in marine engineering, he brings more than 20 years of experience from the maritime sector with 15 years in senior management roles. Prior to Hydrogenious LOHC Maritime, Øystein worked 21 years for Pon Power AS, the Norwegian distributor of Caterpillar and MaK engines and generators sets. The last four years in Pon Power he served as Director of Technology and Business Development before joining HLM.
